End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 13, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the application provider for the use of this iOS application.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes on Apple-authorized devices.

Restrictions

Users agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the application for unlawful purposes

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

Subscription & Premium Services

The application may offer optional premium subscriptions and in-app purchases that unlock additional features and content.

Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store services. Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through Apple ID account settings.

Ownership

All rights, ownership, trademarks, graphics, content, and intellectual property related to the application remain the property of the application provider.

Third-Party Services

The application may integrate third-party services including:

• Google Firebase

• Google AdMob

• RevenueCat

• Apple In-App Purchases

• Google Services

Use of these services may be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is provided regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application provider shall not be liable for:

• Data loss

• Device damage

• Business interruption

• Loss of profits

• Service failures

Use of the application is at the user’s own risk.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Access to the application may be suspended or terminated at any time if these terms are violated.

Changes to Agreement

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
